  • You pick up at 1505 S Elliott Ave, Suite B in Aurora, Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Standard rental is Friday pickup through Monday return. You load and unload yourself. Late returns are subject to a $25/hour fee.

  • Not currently. Our self-service model keeps prices low — no delivery markup. You save $75-150 compared to Springfield companies who charge for delivery.

  • Book on our website, choose your package and dates, pay your deposit, and you're confirmed. Or call/text 417-294-5479.

  • Credit/debit card, Venmo, cash, and check. Cards processed securely through our booking system.

  • Collected at booking. Refunded within 48 hours of a clean on-time return. Deductions only for damage, missing items, or late returns.

  • 72+ hours before pickup: full deposit refund. 24-72 hours before: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: deposit forfeited. No-shows: full rental amount charged.

  • Yes — return everything in the same condition received. Concession machines emptied and wiped. Backdrops folded. Chairs and tables clean and dry.

  • Do not use electrical equipment in rain or wet conditions. Do not use inflatables in winds over 25 mph or during lightning. Contact us if severe weather is forecast — we may be able to reschedule.

  • 1-2 weeks out for popular weekends like graduation season and summer holidays. A few days notice is usually fine for weekday events.

  • Yes — 15% off for verified churches, schools, and nonprofits. Mention it when booking.
